Our Legacy
Foundry House has a rich history as the only Community Centre in Pembroke. Originally a foundry, it transformed into a boxing club and later a youth club, before evolving into the vibrant hub that it is today, We work closely with the whole community to provide a focus for activities that are open to all in order to encourage individual wellbeing, and a sense of community in Pembroke.

HEAT MENOPAUSE RETREAT
Our menopause retreat will take place on Saturday May 24th 2025 - 2PM - 5PM at Foundry House Pemboke.
We are excited to have partnered up with Pemboke Town Team to create an afternoon full of knowledge to support our community.
We have put our energy into connecting with local businesses and organisations making waves in the wellness industry, women we find inspirational, who are making a difference to our community.
Tickets are £20PP and are limited
Complimentary welcome smoothie, lunch & sauna & ice plunge session included.

We're working with Pembroke Town Team & Trydani to bring an accessible electric car to Foundry House—available to hire by the hour at an affordable rate. Whether it’s a hospital visit, job interview or a weekend getaway, the possibilities are wide open.
